Hiring works when both sides tell the truth. These rules apply to people looking for work and to teams hiring.

For everyone

• Use your real name. Be honest about your experience, or about the job.
• Answer within a reasonable time, even if the answer is no.
• Keep messages about the work.

For teams hiring

• Post real jobs with a real pay range and real hours.
• Do not ask candidates about race, religion, age, disability, pregnancy, immigration status, or other protected traits.
• Never charge a candidate a fee. No commission-only roles, multi-level marketing, or "investment" schemes.

For people looking for work

• Do not apply for roles you do not intend to take.
• Tell us if a team asks you for money or for private documents before an offer. We will act on it.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats or hate.
• Scams, fake jobs, or collecting people's data.
• Trying to hire, meet or contact anyone under 18 through peon.biz. We never match members under 18.
